Modern in style and flexible in layout, Venue Forty|50 is a rustic, yet polished space for weddings and events of every size. With two separate floors and expansive walls with broad windows, the facility features plenty of space and light. Conveniently located in North Dallas, Venue Forty|50 offers an unforgettable site for your next event.

 

The Upper

This space can seat up to 200 guests for a full seated dinner or up to 300 for a cocktail party. It includes two cozy alcoves for bars, photo booths or vendor activity.

 

The Lower

Venue Forty|50 can host your larger events with space for 300 seated or 400 cocktail. Additionally, we have a stage for a band or a private VIP lounge.

The Reserve

The perfect private space for a rehearsal dinner, ladies luncheon, small business meeting, silent auction, Chapel for a wedding, or bridal suite.

The Patio

A charming outdoor space complete with a custom wood bar, gas lamps, patio heater and fireplace. The ideal spot for a cocktail hour or an afternoon luncheon for up to 100.


The Team

Venue Forty|50 is a natural progression of concepts developed by Todd and Holly Kerr. Starting with the State Club, a bar and grill in the heart of Denton, Todd began sharing his love for the industry. After ten years, he sold his portion of the State Club and began a new adventure with Macklin’s Catering Company. Living in Coppell at the time, Todd and Holly were presented with an opportunity to open J. Macklin’s Grill. Coppell expressed a desire to have a gathering space for families, for couples, and for the community in general, so they jumped right in. Venue Forty|50 was the next step.

These concepts are built on a foundation of family and community. As a team, we approach business as an art - an idea that people want to be a part of. We put tremendous care into creating a space that makes you feel comfortable the second you step foot through the door.
